I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge and comfortable with a super nice shower, but they felt a bit old fashioned. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. The service was a letdown overall, with only one friendly staff member standing out among the rest who helped with our bags. The location was amazing, right in front of Railay West Beach and surrounded by tropical plants, making it the best spot in Railay. The dining could've been better as the variety was decent, but the quality fell short. Despite the shortcomings, being on Railay West was unbeatable in terms of location.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location right on Railay beach was amazing and being near the swimming pool was heavenly, but the initial room's air conditioning didn't work well and needed to be changed the next day. The service was a bit hit-or-miss with only the bell boy standing out for being helpful, while the restaurant right outside the property was convenient but nothing exceptional.
